Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal. ALL orders from Canada MUST use Paypal. We do not accept personal checks. Payment is received at the time order is placed.

Sales Tax

Califorinia residents are required to pay a 8.375% sales tax.

Shipping

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders are shipped directly by the manufacturer via ground service with UPS or FedEx. Multiple item orders may ship in separate packages. Bowsers is located in Ontario, Canada. Shipments to a Canadian address will not result in any duty fees normally associated from "international shipping". Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for your order to ship. Busy periods during the holidays might take longer.

We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING within the lower 48 states and Canada. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned to shipper" will be charged for shipping fees.

Defective Merchandise

Your satisfaction is very important to us. You'll receive high quality products, in good condition. We fully guarantee all products against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Freight damages or product defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order.

Invoice

Your email order confirmation includes your invoice. Please keep this for your records. In the event you misplace it, email us and we can send you a duplicate.

Availability & Out of Stock Items

All items are shipped direct from the manufacturer. This provides you with a large product selection that is nearly always in stock or custom made.

Return & Exchange Policy

For health and safety reasons we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on Bowsers products. Please measure your pet carefully to make sure you are purchasing the correct size. We fully guarantee all products against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Freight damages or product defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order.

Damages by your Pet

We're sorry, we cannot be responsible for items that have ruined by destructive puppies or dogs. Please choose carefully depending on the behavior and age of your pet.

Bowsers Policy Agreement: Bowsers pet products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Despite the high quality and durability of these items, Bowsers brand products cannot be exchanged or returned and do not qualify for a refund.
