We process orders daily, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders are shipped by the manufacturer via ground service with FedEx and UPS. Multiple item orders may ship in separate packages. Items are shipped direct from the designers' factories. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to ship. At this time, we only offer FREE shipping to the contiguous US and most areas in Canada. Shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii and the Yukon Territory in Canada, please contact us for shipping cost.
We offer FREE ground shipping to contiguous 48 states and Canada.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned to shipper" will be charged for shipping fees. We cannot offer shipping to PO Boxes.

Defective Merchandise
Your satisfaction is very important to us. You'll receive high quality products, in good condition. We fully guarantee all products against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Freight damages or product defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order.

AmericanDogBeds.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal. ALL Canadian orders MUST pay through Paypal. We're sorry, but we cannot accept checks.
Sales Tax
AmericanDogBeds.com is required to collect sales tax in California at 7.375%.

Availability & Out of Stock Items
All items are shipped direct from the manufacturer. This provides you with a large product selection that is nearly always in stock. Items may be out of stock periodically at the manufacturer. We will email you promptly if your item is out of stock.
Return & Exchange Policy
For health and safety reasons we DO NOT accept exchanges or returns on any Bowsers products. Products are custom made at time of order. Please measure your pet carefully to make sure you are purchasing the correct size. We fully guarantee all products against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Freight damages or product defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order.
Choosing the Correct Size
Choosing the correct size bed for your pet is important. If you are having trouble determining which size is best, we suggest taking a folded bed sheet and laying it on the ground for your pup to lay on. You should be able to tell if the size you are considering would be comfortable for your pet. If your pet is at the top of the size range for a particular bed, consider going to the next size so he may lounge comfortably.
